Individual Counseling for Adults
Counseling here is a thoughtful, grounded process for adults navigating emotional exhaustion, major transitions, difficult decisions, aging, family roles, caregiving stress, grief, and the weight of life's demands. The work is individual — one client, one clinician. Therapy sessions are held by secure video anywhere in Texas, and in person in senior living communities across the DFW area.
Where the work usually begins
Most people arrive with one of four situations. Each has its own page, with more detail about what it looks like and how the work addresses it.
Aging & Life Changes
Retirement, a health change, a move, a diagnosis. Adjusting to what's changed — chosen or not.

Family
Estrangement, conflict with adult children or aging parents, boundaries that won't hold. This is individual counseling — you, one-on-one, working your side of it.

Loss

If your situation doesn't sort neatly into one of these, that's what the consultation call is for — you don't need to have it categorized before you reach out.
